So, I was looking for a way that I could stream music while I was away from my own computer and I remembered this website!
My sister's old computer's hard drive died, so I took out the hard drive, downloaded Linux on a CD and now I'm running the shoutcast server off of it. That way I don't have to worry about always starting shoutcast and broadcasting from my computer.
Also, while I wasn't paying attention to this site, it gathered over 18,000 spam comments from bots. Something like 38mb worth of space it was taking up on the server, so I got rid of Wordpress (because it is terrible) and made my own blog type thing for the site.
So, yeah, the server should be up all the time now (unless there is a power outage), and with my easy to use player that I added last year, you should have no problem listening in if you want to!
Edit: I now have a captcha box for the comments, so unfortunately, you'll have to fill it out for every comment unless you have a registered account.
